Often Funders will expect community groups and organisations to be able to show that the safety of staff, volunteers and beneficiaries have been taken account of, This means that when considering funding applications they may look to ensure that Safeguarding is evident in your:
- Policies
- Procedures
- Recruitment
- Induction
- Role specific training
They will also want to see that this is regularly reviewed, updated and developed.
