Rainbows is for 5-7 year old and is part of Girlguiding UK

We are a not-for-profit charity and uniformed youth organisation that caters for the BAME and Muslim Community in Doncaster. Our young people range from the ages 6-17yrs of age. The group is open to all regardless of background.

A uniformed Christian organisation using a structured program to help young people gain awards based on Get Active, Get Creative, Get Involved, Get into the Bible, and Get Adventurous plus free choices .

Active Fusion are a charity based in Doncaster striving to enable children and young people in Yorkshire to be physically active. We support young people in improving their physical health and wellbeing and provide leadership and apprenticeship programmes for young people aged 16 and over.

Provides services and activities for children, young people and our diverse communities. 

We provide courses and workshops for adults across Doncaster, we offer community learning courses such as Family History and Digital Skills; Family Learning courses that enable parents/carers to support their child’s learning as well as Functional Skills accredited courses in English and maths. We also offer ESOL courses as well as Conversational English for those for whom English is an additional language. Most courses are fully funded so free to attend.

Families are welcome with children of all ages from conception, through childhood to adolescence and even older if your child has a special need.

Football Club providing opportunities for Girls , Boys and Women to enjoy fun Football sessions through our Boys teams, Wildcats Girls age 5 to 11 years Sessions and our new Women’s recreational football sessions

Support services for Doncaster residents aged 50+. Services include cleaning, shopping, and gardening, homecare support, home from hospital support, as well as day centre sessions for social interaction. They also offer information and advice on a range of issues including money and benefits, care support, and health and wellbeing. Patient can self-refer.

Therapy services covering a wide range of conditions. Offers paid for CBT therapy and counselling sessions. Patient can self-refer. Mention Aurora when contacting for a small discount off normal prices.  CBT approx. £57.50 per session. Counselling approx. £22.50 – £35 per session. 

Alzheimer’s Society supports people living with dementia and their carers. We provide information, advice and guidance to help people live as well as they can, we support people to navigate the system to ensure that they are accessing all the support they are entitled to, most of all we offer a listening ear to those people that need it.

Our services are

• Dementia Support for people with dementia who live alone
• Dementia Support for families who need information, advice and guidance
• Peer Support –Singing for the Brain and Memory cafes in the community (currently 10 groups across the borough of Doncaster)

They are well aware of allergies due to running a cafe and do get vegan surplus (inc frozen food). Can work with coeliacs, etc, as long as they are aware of their needs.

A Ladies group which meets once a month for speakers and Entertainment. Also we involve ourselves in Community projects i.e. Litter picks ect
