Voluntary Action Doncaster

Providing support and leadership to the voluntary, community and faith sector in Doncaster

Need help with rising energy prices or struggling with fuel debt?

Voluntary Action Doncaster together with Doncaster Citizens Advice Bureau were recently successful in securing much needed help and support from the British Gas Energy Trust meaning we can now offer increased confidential support to all residents of Doncaster who may be struggling with their bills.

This help is available to all energy customers not just British Gas, the only condition is that you must be a resident of Doncaster.

More people than ever before are experiencing difficulties during these unprecedented times, that is why we want to specifically extend this support to those ‘in-work’ who may be experiencing hardship for the first time.

Our Energy Advisor is available to come out to your place of work or your community group to tell you more and help make your referral for a 1:1 appointment.

For more information, simply click our ‘Funding’ tab on the main menu and select ‘Fuel Crisis Support’ to get started.
